Please note that a $15 deposit is required for booking a seat reservation.

When you arrive at the Studio your "seat fee" will be applied to the project you choose at check out.

If you miss your studio time by 2+ hours then you will forfeit your seat fee. No refund will be given.

VIP Events will require confirmation prior to being booked. If you need to book a larger studio reservation, please call the studio: 540-632-1207

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customization of our workshops NO REFUNDS are given. However, if you cancel within 48 hours your full reservation can be transferred to an in-store credit for a future workshop. Same day cancellations will not receive the in-store credit. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
